Pathetic experience by expedia
The property was overbooked as per the property manager and they had sent email to expedia team however there was no update from expedia , manager called our executive informing the same and since he received a few cancellations on that day accommodation could be possible. This is totally upsetting and misleading and its scary to book reservations on expedia.
