Proprios gentils/allergiques acariens ou moisissures s'abstenir! très vétuste,normes électriques ??

Accueil et capacité d'hébergement: ok, machines à café et fourniture pour petit dej : ok... mais literies ayant vécu ++ , tapisseries et peintures des années 80 ayant subies infiltrations et moisissures, installation électrique dangereuse avec fils dénudés, y compris dans la salle de bains !! Necessiterait une sérieuse rénovation et mise aux normes avant de figurer sur un site de location !!
