"Our first room our light was flickering so my Electrician husband investigated. The outlet was pushed way in. He said this was not safe and requested to change rooms. The front desk didn’t seem concerned and said she would have Maintenance look at it tomorrow. Keys kept coming inactive- making it difficult to access back entry. Tv quality was horrible. Leak in kitchen area. Breakfast wasn’t much to choice. Windows are rusty— hotel needs upgrade. "

"The Hotel is old, however the room was extremely comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned once a day. Very freindly staff who always smiled and said hello. Always had lots of hot water for bathing. Upgraded large tv in the room. As I stated the staff was second to none. Breakfast was really well done. Hold & cold items, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs. Well done to this Hotel. They allow pets and have rooms designed for this. Access to main Highway and minutes from anywhere you need to go. The bar downstairs was clean, pool table, popcorn, great bartenders. Front staff was always helpful. Upgraded business center if you need access to computer & printer. I have stayed at this Hotel many many times and will stay here again if there are rooms available. 5 stars in my book."

"Great for a one night stop over in Cornwall. Staff was friendly and attentive. There’s picnic benches and BBQs right outside the room in a grassy area. Ample parking. Rooms were decently updated and a good size with a comfortable bed. Area was quiet but the walls were thin. We didn’t have any issues with the people staying but could be an issue if you don’t luck out like us. Cornwall is oddly spread out so leading to an inconvenient location but I would say that’s more on the town not the property. Easy to get to coming from Toronto."

"The property was very well lit at night, so I didn't feel nervous as a single traveler getting back to the room after dark. The room was clean and bright, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my daughter and son-in-law."
