There were no blankets in rooms so you have to use heaters. Not enough staff on for bar service , service took along time, staff were lovely buy she was run off her feet the whole night. Tv reception is not good. No seating in outdoor/garden areas so you have to sit at pool.

"Our first night on the ground floor, block 1 & 2 was not good. People screaming as and yelling outside the property seemed like they were right at my patio door. Did not sleep all night. The staff were great, they went above and beyond expectations."
