"Was really happy with my choice of hotel. The best parts were the staff and the restaurant - I found out that they have their own garden where they grow the fruit for the breakfast buffet. Special mention also the gym where the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across - really really excellent customer care - thank you Connie! There is a noisy road outside, and when I was staying there were some roadworks too, only a problem if you are working from the hotel. It's also on a busy junction so access at rush hour can be a bit slow. Despite that, I would return here, just for the breakfast and the overall customer service. "

"Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is amazing! Everyone is so hospitable and from Patricia who waited nearly two hours to collect us from the airport after very long queues at immigration and customs to the concierge Joseph helped us organize an excellent driver and happily answered our many questions. They and all the other staff made our stay outstanding. Already looking forward to booking again. "

"The staff are very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is you use a local coffee roaster called Rockbern for the coffee you serve in your restaurants. They do a fantastic job and I think your guests would enjoy their coffee. Thank you for everything I had a wonderful stay."
