"This was a very convenient place to stay, with a room that was very spacious. It came well-equipped, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and iron & ironing board. The only (small) complaint we had was that the windows were difficult to open - it would have been nice to have had some fresh air."

"Our room near the back of the property was quiet, no traffic noise from Highway 101. Comfortable bed, quiet A/C, blackout curtains. Maintenance was a little lax. TP holder broken in pool area bathroom, a paper towel holder stuck. I looked for a spot to sit for some late evening computer work. But the lounge near the office was "closed for a private function" for the entire Saturday through Monday stay. Very basic breakfast.The coffee was good."

"A gem of a hotel, on the edge of a residential neighborhood but in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa with Starbucks, cool restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. My daughter and I had a very large suite with all amenities incl. a stacked washer & dryer, and I loved the Nespresso machine. And when we invited a couple in town for a family gathering to join us for one evening, hotel staff were accommodating and added them to the reservation without any questions. Parking garage was full, but there is ample street parking around the hotel."

"The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because sometime during the night, the power went off at our hotel. I kept waiting for someone to call us or knock at our door....something to tell us what was going on. After 2 hours, I finally walked down stairs (we were on 5th/top level) with my flashlight. The guy at the desk said "it was an area wide outage, we're hoping it will be on soon". Hotel across the street was on, the stop light 1/4 of a block away was on. No apologies, no notice to us, no mention of compensating us."
