"The owner of the property and the housekeeper are so kind. They are the kindest people whom I met in Italy.
Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash.

"When we arrived the lock on the door didn’t work, took about an hour to resolve which was quick but meant we couldn’t leave to go and explore Naples. There was also a dead bug squashed onto the bathroom wall. The rest of the hotel was nice and location was okay, a short walk to the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel has beautiful views and spacious, clean, cool rooms. Downside: The location made it nearly impossible to walk anywhere. The hill was steep and not well lit. Taxi was needed to go anywhere. "
"I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk. "
"We had a wonderful stay in Napoli. Very easy to get to ferry or train to travel around. The front desk morning staff was Amazing. Always helping with taxis and site seeing. Free breakfast was Great and staff was also awesome. Will be staying again on our next trip!"

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff.
My only suggestion would be to have a better shower for space and water flow.
I would strongly recommend Hotel Mergellina to anyone who wishes to spend a good time in Napoli and I will for sure go back there for my next trip. "
"Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees."
"The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"
