"Nyo at check in was wonderfully helpful and changed my room when the one assigned clearly had been smoked in. Unfortunately there were hairs from another guest in my bathroom and shower. Staff are wonderful - the property needs better maintenance and cleanliness. The grab and go breakfast was so-so. Will be back for location convenience and a phenomenal staff."

"Due to the issues encountered, we had to book alternative accommodations for the remainder of our trip. Our experience was unacceptable for several reasons: - Cleanliness and Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. - Lack of Amenities: The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, or dishes. Additionally, there were no toiletries, such as shampoo or body wash, provided in the shower. - Breakfast Quality: The advertised breakfast consisted only of coffee and a small prepackaged muffin. - Environment: The hotel was very loud in the evening, and I did not feel safe staying there with my children. Despite my request to speak with a manager during our stay, I was never able to do so. If you book through a third party site you will not be able to change your reservation. "
