"Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. "
"We had a great relaxing stay! The accommodations were warm and accommodating, dining was good, the pool and hottub still operate through winter. We enjoyed a hottub turning a snow fall event. It was everything and more than I expected."

8/10 Good
"We had the time of our lives at the Grand Manifest Lodge...thank you!Our interactions with the VR365 staff were great; warm, kind, pleasant, etc.A couple less than perfect experiences:Coffee pot was old and inadequate (much to small for such a grand house)No coffee grinder at the house (surprising given the plethora of appliances present in the kitchen)The dishwasher was difficult to start (I remember this being the case the 1st time we rented this lodge)We had to ask for additional garbage bags 3 times (seems a bit nutty to spend so much money on a rental and feel like we had to beg for more garbage bags - only 10 given at a time). Same experience with paper towels and toilet paper Had some issues with kitchen electrical (breakers popping, trouble resetting, etc.The thermostat/heating controls were confusing and we had some difficulty regulating the room temperatures The lighting system proved to be much smarter than we are (had difficulty adjusting interior lighting when little kids went to bed in the upstairs bedroom that looks thru the living room). The quality of consumables supplies (e.g., dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper etc. was bottom of the barrel low quality. Seemed like if a person's going to spend the kind of money we spent that the quality of consumables should be a lot higher All the above said; we had the time of our lives and would do it again!"

"Here are the pros and cons of this house in Suncadia. Pros. House was cleanHouse had games and books. House was spacious for our group of eight. House had a basketball game in the garage that was fun for the kids. House had a good hot water for showers. Hot tub seemed to work fine. Barbecue seemed to work fine.ConsFireplace never worked. Property manager told us that they probably needed a fireplace technician and possibly the owners had tried to get someone and he would give us a status on that. Never heard anymore. In the winter it’s nice to have a fireplace.Ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work.Frying pans were very dinged up and really not usable if you wanted anything healthy. There was only one frying pan that was actually usable. We had to keep unplugging and plugging back in the TV for it to work. Very annoying. When we told the property manager we were having trouble with the TV he never responded but luckily we finally figured out what the problem was. It was a big football weekend so we definitely wanted to watch TV. He did respond after we told him that we had figured it out.We had a very nice visit and none of the problems were big enough to cause us a problem. Luckily we were able to figure out the TV and unfortunately the lack of fireplace was something we missed.Usually the homes in Suncadia are in tiptop shape. For the price you pay they should be.This home just was average but all in all we had a great time. "
