"Our room was clean. That’s the nicest thing I have to say. The girl working in the office made it clear we were not welcome. She was extremely rude and inhospitable. We will not stay here again because of her behavior."

"We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it. While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper. "

"Overall a great house that sleeps a lot of people. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had trouble with the gas fireplace but we finally were able to make it work with battery replacement. Location is quiet and not too far to bike to resort or walk to the winery. "
