"Great location with very responsive hosts. Very clean and lots of included amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, tea and coffee. Close to covered bridges, Turkey run state park, and much more. We ate breakfast every morning at Benjamin’s in Rockville. The Reservation in Montezuma on the Wabash river was an excellent place to eat as well as The Ranch located at the entrance of Raccoon State Recreation Area."

"This was the coolest place we have ever stayed! We like to find unique and different places to stay. This places topped them all! So much thought put into the whole school, not just the apartment. Having access to the lobby game room and the old gymnasium exceeded our expectations. All kinds of school history hung along the walls to learn about the life of the school. I only wish there was more than just one apartment/BNB so we could bring our family to stay there. Close to everything we wanted to do as well. Thank you Mr. Charles. This is one for the books and will never be forgotten!"

"Beautiful property and loved the patios with the view. The toys were 10/10 with young kids…made the stay so much nicer for us! The steps to every room was tricky at first for our 1 year old, but he definitely got the hang of it towards the end of our stay!"

"Excellent property! Stayed with two families and 9 people. Plenty of space, very clean and very comfortable. Hit tube is large and clean, fire pit is great, and it's very close to Turkey Run and the river access. Highly recommend."

"The home was nice and the grounds were beautiful. We needed to add a day on the front end last minute and the host was very accommodating. There were 5 of us but they had plenty of bedding and sheets and so we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep regardless of it being a 2 bedroom. It is close to town and close to my parents house so it was a perfect place for us. I recommend it."

"An excellent choice for a getaway with family. The outdoor amenities were exceptional, from the fire pit to the pool and spas, seating areas, and relaxing in nature. The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked. The gaucho grille was not appropriate for our needs: difficult to manage the heat and the grille surface does not work for burgers, etc. A conventional gas, propane, or charcoal grill would provide more flexibility. Owner communication was very good before and during occupancy, with prompt responses. Overall, it was a very positive experience for our family."
