Given how expensive pretty mediocre houses in Nelson can be, we felt it good value for money.Great outdoor area at the back for hanging outside on a hot day. 5 minute drive to centre of Nelson town, Woolworths supermarket dead close. We found it an ideal base for exploring Nelson and surrounds.If you don't have a car then you'll need to cycle, bus or cab it as it's probably just a little too far to walk into...
