"Pool was fantastic. Non smoking rooms but had to keep windows and doors shut so stuffy as neighbours smoking constantly on balcony and nothing done by staff. Tidy rooms. Check in made harder due to strange policies and unexpected costs / additional charges and staff quite rude about this. Would stay again if better staff"
