My room was not supplied with coffee and water for 2 days. I called service on 1st day, to give me a small packet of coffee, 'cuz I really was tired and felt like drinking coffee and said she will call reception. No coffee and water for 2 days. But some Gate 1 people told me that they have, even 4 bottles of water. I guess the person in charge of my room isn't fair to everyone.

The locations is good. But the pictures on the website is very misleading. No golf space, no facilities. the reception manager’s attitude is very poor, the gentleman has no smile at all, very froid. it’s an expensive hotel mainly for French/foreigners, the value is not high. The bed is too soft, telephone is broken but still in use… However, Breakfast is great , many choices.

A warm and welcoming environment.
Warm staff is very competent on all aspects from A to Z. Well located & great environment. I’d go back in a heart beat if I return to Rabat.

Our luggage was delayed and Salah took us to buy what we needed until it arrived. He also helped us get to a bank. Hanane went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I came for one night on a business trip. They were super helpful. Also, the breakfast was outstanding, fresh and a variety. The manager was super sweet and kind.

Think twice before booking
We booked this hotel for a staycation, we stayed 1hour then we left home, we couldn’t stay too dirty. The concierge was really nice and polite. But what can I say about the room, dirty, stinky, need some upgrades and the bathroom was rusted. I’m sharing some pictures but I can’t share the smell. We just left didn’t even bother to ask for refund we even paid the local fee. It’s the perfect place for people that need to hide…

The staff were exceptional. Extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. We arrived way before the normal check in time. We were tired after a long flight. They were able to get our room ready fairly quickly. Excellent start to our holiday.
