"The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the ice restaurant is cold as you can imagine and food is ok for the cost. Drinks on the property are expensive. "

We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and staff went above and beyond to make it special. We did the snowmobile experience and northern lights hunt and we were lucky enough to experience the Aurora on the hunt and again from our igloo. Above all - the staff here are faultless - the staff in both restaurants, the guy in the spa, Wendy in the safari house, maintenance guys and reception staff. So so friendly and kind. Thank you guys for making such a special 30th birthday for my partner - we want to come back for my 30th now in 2 years! X"

"We had a wonderful stay! We loved being outside of the city to enjoy the quiet countryside and catch the most spectacular northern lights from the hot tub. For anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues, the house is accessible with ramps, wide doors and lots of space. "

We had a small issue with the hot tub, and he arrived within minutes to fix it. The location was perfect for us, just 30 minutes from Rovaniemi.
