About this property
Maisonette apartment in historic Quito, with fantastic garden
Within the 1400sqm large residential complex, with its colonial main house and several outbuildings, we have created eight independent apartments of varying sizes and furnishing with all modern comfort while preserving the original colonial charm of the complex.
Suite Estrella is located in the restored villa with beautiful garden is furnished in Mediterranean style and fully equipped (sheets, duvets, towels, kitchen equipment etc). Modern stoves provide warm comfort on cool evenings.
Our garden is home to abundant spice herbs in steeping terraces, orchids, fragrant shrubs and exotic flowers. Hummingbirds, bird song, and even frog whisk are part of our Stadtoase. Included in the price is a 2 x weekly apartment cleaning, the cleaning of their personal laundry can be taken on these days for an extra charge gladly.
