Loved the staff!

Hotel and staff were amazing! The only problem was 11 pm, our room filled up with cigarette smoke, unbearable, and we had no idea where it came from. Showers had a pulsing hot -15 seconds and then 15 cold. In SAmerica not so bad. In a suite, room 2 if hotel wants to see where smoke comes from.

Excellent room with small kitchen. Staff very friendly but only speak Spanish which can be fun if you keep Google Traslate handy. Lots of restaurants near by. Tip: as always, don't leave valuables lying around the room. Overall I recommend!

El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que el día que llegamos nos dijeron que NO había disponibilidad, a pesar de que llevábamos la reserva de Hoteles.com. Despues de unos minutos nos dieron la reserva de otra persona.
