"This was such a good experience for my sister and I. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made our stay so much better than we expected. The breakfast was interesting lol we got a chance to have the local breakfast instead of the regular American style which was really great. The staff at the receptionist were so helpful! 10/10 for two Guyanese girls! Plus the hotel is located in the heart of everything. Would definitely stay there again."

"For one night in Bogota the accommodation was fine. I arrived by taxi late in the evening and was concerned about the surrounding area close to the hotel. However in daylight hours it seemed to be much safer. Close to Monserrate and La Candelaria. Was asked to pay VAT on arrival which was unexpected but to be fair is clearly stated in small print. A complimentary bottle of water was provided which they tried to charge me for the following morning until I pointed out that this was free. My room was large with a great view only let down by poor soundproofing. Breakfast was fine with plenty of variety and I was able to leave my luggage until late in the day."

"No te dejes engañar cuando el taxi te deje afuera del hotel, quedarás gratamente sorprendido al entrar. Luz, plantas, antigüedades, libros , y un excelente recibimiento. El desayuno súper delicioso . A unos cuantos pasos está el museo de la Quinta de Bolivar, varios restaurantes para comer, Starbucks a unos metros de distancia. Puedes llegar a Plaza Bolivar en unos 20 minutos caminando."

"This was my 6th stay there and I will be coming back at the beginning of Oct, I like the place, the facilities, the quality of the room vs the rate given, the location concerning cultural activities, bars & excellent restaurants in the Candelaria Historic District a few yards away, there's a good coffee shop on the corner, a couple of local neighborhood stores accross the street for drinks & snacks, two blocks away there's an excellent bakery that serves breakfast, accross the street from it there's a good empanada place & an OXXO store opens 24/7 ( it's a Mexican chain that looks like a 7-11), just like any downtown in the USA or other countries you have to be street smart when you walk alone late at night, you see quite a few homeless people but in 7 yrs going there I have never felt unsafe or in any kind of danger, the security staff are very nice/friendly always in a good mood to assist you with anything."
