"The property is very clean and well maintained. We had everything we need for our stay. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. There is a metro station in the neighborhood. During our stay we used Uber to visit the downtown attractions which was more convenient for us."

"This was a wonderful stay! Susan is awesome with communication. The house has some great history to it. It's quirky but very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with lights and table on both sides (a rarity believe it or not). The shower is piping hot with amazing pressure. The kitchen is full sized and has every imaginable amenity from utensils, coffee maker, microwave, ice trays. Add to that there's every condiment imaginable. Even though the house is at an intersection, it was quiet at night.There are unusual surprises behind cabinet doors. She provides piles of outdoor things from fishing poles, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Being immediately across the beach was fun. The beach itself isn't a white sand Beach but it's nice. We thoroughly enjoyed taking the chairs to the water's edge to read with toes in the water. Swimming is quite nice at high tide. Fishing was fun both from the beach and the nearby pier. We didn't catch anything but I'm told it's a good place for stripers and flounder. Just remember to get a license - it's only 10 for the year. There's a fun locals bar about a 15 minute walk away, not a touristy yuk-bar.My only semi-negative is this - the dining table is in the very back in a dark room. we moved it to the front living room in front of the window facing the ocean - which made it perfect for dining and playing some of the many games Susan provided. I would absolutely come back here."

"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."
