"There was no shampoo or conditioner in the top area. We called to have them replenished, and the service person filled the shampoo only… The drain on the bathtub was partially plugged, leaving us standing in about 3 inches of water while taking a shower. And the beds were not very comfortable. We will probably not stay there again."

"Great location. Host of issues though to the point that i changed hotels after 1 night. The do not have smart TVs so you cannot access netflix on their TV. The property also has a "desitnation" charge of 50$ which i was told is standard for "every" hotel in Boston. Funny, swtiched to the Marriot in the North end, and they do not have this tax. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Also, the daytime manager told me from 5-7 they offer free drinks and live music. So around 6pm I decided to go to the lobby before dinner. The musicuian was just leaving. Apparently, the Manager was unaware the the time for music and happy hour was 4-6. Moved to the Marriot. Not just a bit better--way way way better. I will not stay at a Hyatt again as this is not my first issue with Hyatts. "

"It was clean. Only thing that might bother someone is the curtain separating the bathroom area from the bed was basically transparent. I would only use this if im traveling with someone im very close to or alone."

"Very reasonable cost but rooms are hit or miss. My room lacked window treatments to block out the outside light and was not well soundproofed so I heard the elevator and people talking outside all the time. The TV also didn’t work. Positives are that the bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are well maintained, the location is very convenient, and the gym is small but good."
