The Spruce House is a beautifully restored and fully updated 1930's style bungalow with all the modern amenities! The interior of the cozy home has been remodeled to meet all of your needs while traveling to Quincy. Located near Blessing Hospital and only four blocks from Quincy University's Q-Stadium, The Spruce House offers a beautifull kitchen, two bed rooms with king and queen beds, high-speed wifi, a spacious yard, off street parking and a wonderful and safe neighborhood.
