"Wir sind für Einfachheit aber SAUBERKEIT,leider war das mit der Sauberkeit nicht der Fall, z.B. waren im Kleiderschrank feuchte Handtücher und dreckige Bettwäsche. Im Trockner fand man noch feuchte Handtücher mit Biergeruch. Wir haben die Hausverwaltung damit kontaktiert und diese (großes Lob) haben sich sofort und problemlos darum gekümmert. "An overnight stop with a four night stop to follow. Great position. No stairs at entrance. Lift availability to room as well as stairs. Reception area was busy with people checking in but flowed well and the reception staff were friendly and helpful."

"Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location (2 min for subway station). Impressed with the bed condition. Friendly and kind staff. The restaurant on the ground floor served us excellent food. Highly recommended. The only problem was that WiFi got busy during high time (evening) and did not function frequently. It would have been a nightmare if I had had some work to do during the stay. I pointed this out when we left the hotel. I hope they fixed the problem. We could not use the oven in the room as the instruction was written in German. "
