This is a modestly priced hotel and exactly what was offered and what was expected. And for the price they accepted animals. YAY!!! The stay couldn't be better but it also isn't comparable to luxury hotel.

Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.

I had to change rooms, the first one had a non-working air conditioning and the toilet did not flush. The second room’s air conditioning leaked water onto the floor every 2 hours. The hotel is located right bext to a bar/night club and the noise reaches the rooms.

Overall it was good for the price. The bad things. The air conditioning was not working on the room, a technician come and check it, and notify there was no solution. After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was a good solution, but I would not go back again, considering other options in the city.

Hotel is not on their best location, if You don't get there by the main road, forget to get in to the back streets, very creepy. Overall, rooms have good beds, clean and comfy, bathroom has an old style or cheap sink, water temps is all good, towels are good, stayed for 2 night an on the second day they did not supply floor towel. Breakfast is VERY CHEAP, they offer some variety, but if You are offering Waffles, they should be hot or warm, and offer butter, NO BUTTER THIS TIME, and the waffles where stone cold, Just one kind of fruit, yogurt, and NO Granola... Very Cheap. Elevators where dirty, and outside trash cans full of empty can beers and bottles.

Cuando hice la reservación, le comenté a la Srita.que me atendió que el 2 de septiembre tenía cita en Starmedica para un procedimiento médico porque estoy delicada de salud. Hice el check in el 1o de septiembre, me recibieron muy amables. Pregunté a la recepcionista a qué hora tenían servicio de comida en el restaurante, me dijo que a las 2 p.m. pero fue hasta casi las 4 p.m. las almohadas y el cobertor olían a sudor. Le comenté a la chica de la limpieza y me dijo que el desinfectante huele así; entiendo pero es muy desagradable. Finalmente una amiga mía fue por mi a la habitación, para llevarme al hospital y cuando le devolví la tarjeta (llave) a la recepcionista se portó muy déspota. Me sentí muy mal. No quiero volver a hospedarme en ese lugar. Gracias por este espacio de expresión.
