They didn’t have a room for me They sent me an another hotel with my heavy luggage and tired. I requested a 1pm check out they said no.

Dirty sheets, bad towels, no hot water, cockroaches. Door lock was very fragile, feels unsafe to leave anything in the room so we had to take our backpacks with important stuff with us. Staff attention was very good, but the facilities are very poor.

Todo el personal, el servicio, las instalaciones nada que ver con las fotos, las toallas rotas las cobijas rotas, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, las paredes sucias, los colchones con los resortes saludos,no recomiendo este hotel para nada, ojalá lo quiten de sus opciones para que alguien no gaste su tiempo y dinero ahí.

La primera noche no nos dieron la habilitación con cama queen que seleccionamos. Paredes sucias. No había cobija adicional, la pedimos la segunda noche y nos la proporcionaron hasta la tercera. No hicieron el haceo para el último día de la estancia.
