Pesimo servicio. No vuelvo. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento a pesar de estar en su publicidad, esto engaña al cliente. Y el area no se ve segura para dejar el carro y si tienes suerte encuentras un lugar a varias cuadras del hotel. Cero profesional desde la persona de recepción que te hace un favor con atenderte. Intente cancelar por qué las condiciones no corresponden a las fotos, sin embargo el hotel se apegó a la política de no cancelación. El precio no corresponde para nada lo que recibes. Muy decepcionado. Termine cambiándome a otro hotel aunque pierda dinero. Busquen otro lugar para hospedarse.

Charming, but live music on the weekends-noisy.

the hotel was well situated 4 blocks from the center of Queretaro which is a lovely colonial town. It is a small quirky hotel with all basic amenities finished with stylish flair. We were in a lovely large ground floor room but it was beside the traffic thorough fare and 5 meters from the breakfast/ bar area and as it turns ,out the stage for live music on a Fri and Sat night. The music was good but if you are a light sleeper or want uninterrupted sleep , this is not the place. Music went till around 1-2am and chatty staff were up and around at 7am.

Esta en general muy bien. Lo malo: 1. No tiene estacionamiento, a una cuadra hay unos estacionamientos pero cierran a las 10.30 pm lo cual dificulta todo (Y tener que andar con tu maleta en la calle ) 2. Hay una persona en recepción que no tiene nada de buena atención. Es muy mal modosa pero Ana salvó el proceso y bienvenida. Limpieza bastante buena Instalaciones muy lindas Justo en el centro

We were graciously helped by staff throughout our stay. We loved the location and the lovely terrace atop the first floor. Our bed and bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only drawback was the base sound coming from the cafe next to the hotel.

Thankfully Uber service is available from this location. Staff were very helpful but it is at least a 20 min cab ride to town. Leave your car in underground parking at the hotel as parking in Guanajuato is impossible.
