Place was very nice and clean, only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you can practically hear everything. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should have no issue. I would stay here again.

Nice property in Centro Historico within walking distance to many plazas, churches, restaurants and other attractions. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was small but big enough for my wife and I. The water pressure in the shower was low but it's a good method to conserve water. The curtains in the unit where we stayed did not give enough privacy. If we're are in Queretaro again we would stay here again.

What a lovely hotel

This has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Wonderful staff, super clean, I’m not just talking about the room, but the whole hotel itself. It was also peaceful and slept like bears. If we go back to Queretaro, we’ll stay here.

A perfect stay

We just spent 6 nights here along with all of our friends for our wedding week. Without us asking, they went above and beyond for us in every way possible. There wasn’t a single thing they didn’t jump to accommodate us with. A truly perfect stay. Their entire staff, from the front desk to the waiters to cleaning staff and maintenance worker, is absolutely wonderful.

Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hotel offers free parking located about 10min walk away. Only complaint would be that a party was going on somewhere near the hotel one night and we could hear the music well past midnight. Not the hotels fault, but though I would mention it, in case you book a weekend stay. Restaurant Carola is located within the hotel…eat there. Food is awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are well appointed with nice linens and towels and very comfortable bed and shower. A little noise coming from the restaurant in the hotel was a bit annoying but not bad. But the downside was the room had no windows. Made it a bit dark and sad. Have to park in a nearby parking. Not a big deal but not as convenient as on site parking.
