"Beautiful location and great access to city centre"

"Terrible service completely ruined our anniversary getaway. The staff were unwelcoming and grumpy, especially the arrogant receptionist. On Sunday, restaurant delays meant breakfast took until 10:00 AM. When we asked for a short checkout extension because of their delay, the receptionist rudely demanded a late fee. She then harassed us by calling our room three times in 15 minutes while we frantically packed. A stressful, expensive waste of money."

"Only stayed one night. The property was very clean and tidy as was the room with a nicely updated bathroom and a soft comfy bed. Breakfast was included and was amazingly fresh and cooked well. Very quiet area and we will be back."
