Le Downtown (rooftop pool and gym)

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located place. Old Quebec is only 15 minutes walking distance and the best restaurants (really!) are only a block away.
After a hard day of exploring, you will enjoy our rooftop pool and terrace equipped with a BBQ and fireplace on the 12th floor of the building (may to novembre only).
Queen size bed in the master bedroom and double in the second bedroom. Sofa bed is also queen size. It was chosen for its superior comfort.
Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9-foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine, air conditioning, Netflix and a few touches for your greatest comfort!
Owners available, superior soundproofing, gym on the same floor, impeccable service and professional maintenance.

Lovely apartment close to the old city

The property is lovely and the pool/barbecue area on the terrace is wonderful. The entire building appears to be all short term rentals, so there’s lots of foot traffic going in and out, as well as an international crowd. The apartment is nearly soundproof so we didn’t hear any noise from the street and only occasional muted noise from neighboring units. Alexandre was fantastic to work with. The kitchen is well stocked with the common necessities. It’s worth noting there is a YMCA and a homeless shelter around the block, so we noticed many homeless loitering around adjacent streets. No one bothered us, but I would probably not be comfortable walking alone very late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

During my work trip in Quebec, I had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo. It was a 10-15 min walk to the center and the place was so cute and cozy. I 100% recommend staying here while visiting Quebec!

Very good . Parking a bit of a walk to a garage but secure . Some homeless people in neighborhood but no one really bothered us . As with any other city.overall good experience.

Great spot, great communication. The apartment was very well stocked, and parking was easy. The one 4 stars on location was due to the homeless population that was very close to the apartment. We were with our two children (8&11) and the open use of drugs/drinking were very obvious right around the apartment. Obviously, nothing to do with the apartment outside of location but it was hard to brush off. Thank you, Aaron

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter plus longuement de notre location (heure dlarrivée plus tôt) mais d’avoir pu déposer nos bagages dans notre cas pour pouvoir nous rendre à notre événement sportif en soirée, à été apprécié. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse du toit en attendant de partir à 16h. Nous comprenons que l’entretien ménager doit être fait entre 2 locations. L’endroit très agréable, propre, fidèle à la publicité. *poêle « manquante » pour cuire des œufs ou autres.
