This 2 story condo offers a large kitchen, a big living room perfect for socializing, a dining room, 3 close bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. The Kitchen island is 14 feet long, perfect for enjoying an aperitif while cooking a wonderful meal.

Large windows and 10 foot ceilings will give you the impression of being in a majestic and very bright place.

This building dating from the late 1800s has been completely renovated to make it the most beautiful apartment in Quebec City. The red brick walls and the large common spaces will make you fall in love with the place as soon as you arrive.

Whatever the purpose of your trip, you will find what you want here.

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You are at 15-20 minutes of walking distance to the famous Old Québec and all the best places to see. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.

If you come by car, 120, 254 and 296 Saint-Vallier are the closest parking available. It’s 30$/day.

On site, you will find a welcome guestbook with several of our suggestions for activities or even restaurants. We will always be available to answer your questions, our one and only goal is to make your stay in Quebec City unforgettable.

It is possible to park in the street on weekends but there is also a public parking lot across the street.

A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.
