My only complaint was that there was only one hair dryer in the upstairs bathroom! You will be so happy in this home, it has everything you need and so much space!

Great place in a perfect location

The property is just as described and in a brilliant location. Easy walking to the old town and most other sites. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again Nina was very helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay here. The property manger was fantastic and so helpful. The bedrooms are huge and lovely.....didn't know the 2nd bathroom was on the lower main floor down the long stairs. Walking distance to the main Square. Quebec City is so fantastic !

Really perfect place

The pictures don't do this property justice, it's truly a remarkable place in the perfect location. The owners were quick to accommodate us and a delight to communicate with, everything you could possibly want is nearby including art, history, wonderful restaurant options, and all the best that Quebec has to offer. Our fabulous Quebec vaction.

We had a fabulous time on our recent visit to Quebec. The location was just perfect! Grand Allee is home to many fine restaurants and only 4 blocks from the Old CIty Wall. The house and it’s beautiful Victorian Charm made for the perfect place to experience Quebec Canada. We highly recommend you stay here! Nina was a delight to work with, she was very responsive to any inquiries we had.

A memorable stay indeed!

Did you ever walk by a grand old house and wonder what it was like to live there? We had a wonderful stay in this well located rental. Comfortable, spacious with very high ceilings. In addition, the parking space behind the building was a real convenience. A impressive and historical house in a historical and hospitable city.

What a wonderful experience. We were a party of 7 and this property fit our needs perfectly. Perfect location being only 10min from old Quebec. Unique space for a small group of 8

We had the best time here! We wanted a unique spot for a bachelorette party and we found it! We hosted a private chef and had 9 people for dinner in the large dining room. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The super high ceilings and the singing room and sitting area are one king room with the option to separate with large wooden doors is really beautiful. It is a little run down and the stairs are a little crooked but the beds are very comfortable and everything was clean. We loved it. Nina was very responsive over message and called me the night before to confirm a few things and was very accommodating.

Great location away from Old Quebec near Plains of Abraham and cute shopping district

The only issue with this property was that all five bedrooms were located upstairs (approx. 25 steps up) and we all had to share one full bath on the second level. The other bathroom which was located on the main level, so a bit inconvenient. Antique feeling, tall ceilings, large rooms, close to a very nice shopping district, and very close to the Plains of Abraham, made this a great house for us to share. Not for people who have a hard time walking as it is uphill from Old Quebec (about a 20 min walk) and there are many stairs to get into the house as well as to get to the bedrooms.

Two words: Location & Charm!!

When we saw pictures of this place, right away we fell in love with the beautiful Victorian style. When we arrived, the house looked just like the pictures. This place is so roomy and has everything that we need. It is so nice & relaxing to just sit in the living room and enjoy the charming interior and decorations of the house. Originally we were a bit concerned about the location because we wanted a place right in Old Quebec, but this place is outside of it. We didn't do much research on what the surroundings were around this place, so we didn't expect much. However, when we arrived, we were blown away by how perfect the location was!! It is in a very nice & quiet neighborhood, but so close to several nice restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It is basically right in front of the Plains of Abraham Park. Everything is in a walking distance, even the wall of Old Quebec. Our group has one toddler and two elderly, but we had no problems at all walking to these places from the house. This is a big plus because you definitely don't want to drive into the city and have to deal with traffic and expensive parking (if you can even find a parking space). And to top it all off, Nina and her concierge Chris are the most helpful and courteous!! Nina is extremely responsive to all our email inquiry and is very patient with our billion questions. The booking, arrival and departure went so smoothly. Chris is also extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We came to Quebec without doing any planning in advance, thinking we would do it once we got there. However, as soon as we checked into the house with Chris, he pretty much planned out the entire itinerary for us and we absolutely enjoyed everything that he recommended. He saved us so much time and efforts on trip planning, and we will be forever grateful for that. 😊 Thank you very much, Nina and Chris, for making this family trip a fantastic one!! We highly recommend this charming and centrally located house.
