Great neighborhood. Super clean & trendy apartment. Easy to access and very close drive to main attractions of the city.
Back stairs of the apartment to the car parking don’t feel super safe or up to code so better to use front entrance when possible, especially when bringing in any luggage or carrying heavy things.
Great coffee across the street at the corner cafe!
Wonderful place to stay in walking distance to restaurants and down town (25 min). We drove down town next day in 7 min.
The apartment has a nice parking space.
The only thing is that is has quite steep stairs for both front and back entrance, which might not be suited for some people. But for us nit was perfect!

Metal Stairs to the unit is slippery in rainy condition. Overgrowth bushes in front Stairway. Online description of the unit is not very accurate.
Room had a smell and was very run down, to the point where we wondered if there were bugs and were concerned about allergic reactions. Listing did not give any clue about how run down the property was

Not Worth the Money: Lacks Privacy and Maintenance"
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The bathroom lacked privacy as the door did not lock, and the same issue was present with the room door. The property itself is very old and in need of significant maintenance. The stairs were particularly problematic, making it difficult to move around safely. Overall, the experience did not justify the price. I would not recommend staying here.
l'appartement est vétuste et pas très bien équipé (manque de vaisselle), électricité à revoir. Il n'est pas noté dans l'annonce qu'il est au 1er étage.
Le plus : très bien situé dans une rue commerçante
Le logis était très propre. Nous vous recommendons d'avoir un tapis pour le bain, changer le rideau de douche. Comme l'air climatiseur est installé juste à la fin mai, il faudrait prévoir des ventilateurs pour les journées chaudes de Mai. Nous le réserverions encore. En gros, nous avons beaucoup aimé.
Nous étions une famille de deux adultes avec deux enfants et nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'appartement et ses commodités. Les parcs pour enfants et les jeux d'eau à quelques minutes à pied ont été de beaux atouts. Merci beaucoup!
