Superb apartment on the 1st floor with parking included located on 3rd avenue in Limoilou close to all amenities. You can enjoy this superb district of Quebec with its restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. You have all the essential elements in this apartment with the typical character of the neighborhood. Accommodation Accommodation is typical of apartments in Limoilou. On one side, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath / shower. On the other you have the kitchen at the back. You then have a large open area with the dining room and the living room which includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, the sheets are inside. Passenger access You have access to all amenities on foot. You can therefore forget your car in the parking lot included at the back of the apartment for the duration of your stay. You are also close to all the main buses to go to Old Quebec or Lower Town for fun.

Wonderful!

Great neighborhood. Super clean & trendy apartment. Easy to access and very close drive to main attractions of the city. Back stairs of the apartment to the car parking don’t feel super safe or up to code so better to use front entrance when possible, especially when bringing in any luggage or carrying heavy things. Great coffee across the street at the corner cafe!

Clean and calm

Wonderful place to stay in walking distance to restaurants and down town (25 min). We drove down town next day in 7 min. The apartment has a nice parking space. The only thing is that is has quite steep stairs for both front and back entrance, which might not be suited for some people. But for us nit was perfect! Great and easy communication too!

Room had a smell and was very run down, to the point where we wondered if there were bugs and were concerned about allergic reactions. Listing did not give any clue about how run down the property was

Location/ Unit condition

Metal Stairs to the unit is slippery in rainy condition. Overgrowth bushes in front Stairway. Online description of the unit is not very accurate.

Not Worth the Money: Lacks Privacy and Maintenance"

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The bathroom lacked privacy as the door did not lock, and the same issue was present with the room door. The property itself is very old and in need of significant maintenance. The stairs were particularly problematic, making it difficult to move around safely. Overall, the experience did not justify the price. I would not recommend staying here.

l'appartement est vétuste et pas très bien équipé (manque de vaisselle), électricité à revoir. Il n'est pas noté dans l'annonce qu'il est au 1er étage. Le plus : très bien situé dans une rue commerçante

Nous avons découvert la 3ième avenue .

Le logis était très propre. Nous vous recommendons d'avoir un tapis pour le bain, changer le rideau de douche. Comme l'air climatiseur est installé juste à la fin mai, il faudrait prévoir des ventilateurs pour les journées chaudes de Mai. Nous le réserverions encore. En gros, nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Superbe appartement

Nous étions une famille de deux adultes avec deux enfants et nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'appartement et ses commodités. Les parcs pour enfants et les jeux d'eau à quelques minutes à pied ont été de beaux atouts. Merci beaucoup!
