Le 1911 Condo Luxueux

Un mélange de briques rouges du mur original de la bâtisse datant de 1911 avec une touche stylisée dernier cri comme rénovation procure une expérience parfaite de pour explorer Québec. Non seulement ce condo est parfait à l`intérieur, vous avez aussi une très grande terrasse extérieur afin de profiter du grand air. Le condo est d'une grandeur de 1200 pieds carrés, ce qui permettra à chacun des visiteurs d'avoir son propre espace même si vous êtes 6 personnes dans le logement.

Ce condo offre tout d'une expérience luxueuse avec ses magnifiques murs de brique et de plancher de bois franc.

On peut y retrouver 2 chambres privées avec des lits king et une troisième chambre privée avec un lit queen. La grande et spacieuse salle de bain est très accommodante pour 6 adultes. Il y a également une cuisine dernier cri pour vous préparez vos repas préférés.

Vous y retrouverez également une grande terrasse privée pour prendre l'air et profiter du soleil. Il y a également un chaleureux espace foyer afin de vous détendre avec un rafraîchissement ou bien l'utiliser comme coin de lecture. Finalement, un salon parfaitement aménagé comblera tous les besoins de votre séjour.

*Le condo est situés au 1er étage de l`immeuble. Il y a donc 1 palier d`escaliers à monter.

Saint-Roch est probablement le quartier le plus attractif de la ville, il est urbain et branché. Son emplacement central vous permettra de vous déplacer très facilement. Promenez-vous dans les rues St-Joseph et Saint-Vallier et profitez de la meilleure offre de bars, restaurants et boutiques branchés. Vous avez également de nombreuses épiceries à proximité. Se rendre dans le Vieux-Québec et le Petit Champlain est très facile à partir de là. Vous ne vous ennuierez pas avec tout ce qu'il y a à faire là-bas. Il est également proche de la Gare Centrale!

Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Si vous souhaitez prendre l'autobus, vous trouverez peut-être un arrêt tout près, sur la rue Charest. Vous pouvez aller n`importe où à partir de là. Sinon, vous pouvez aussi prendre un taxi ou Uber, c'est très pratique!

Pour ceux qui arrivent de l’aéroport, l’appartement se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture.

Very nice condo with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! Loved the bathroom too. Heated floors! We very much enjoyed the accomodation and the location. Easily walkable to shops and tourist attractions. Host was very friendly and checked in with us to ensure everything was as expected.
