The Space:

Nestled in the heart of a peaceful wooded setting, this contemporary Scandinavian-style home features generous windows that let natural light fill the space throughout the day. From the moment you walk in, the cathedral ceiling, clean-lined finishes, and large windows create a bright and soothing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding from the daily grind. The open-concept living area is perfect for spending time together, whether around the large dining table or the central kitchen island. A very comfortable and spacious living room, featuring a gas fireplace, perfectly complements the space.



With its three bedrooms, sofa bed, and three full bathrooms, the cabin is perfect for accommodating up to 8 people. It has been designed to ensure your comfort and well-being throughout your stay. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen (including all the cooking essentials, modern appliances, a large pantry, a fondue set, and a raclette grill), perfect for whipping up delicious meals and sharing precious moments with your loved ones. The chalet also features a loft with a small desk ideal for a bit of remote work or checking a few emails while sipping a good cup of coffee, all while the others are still asleep.



You can also enjoy the many possibilities offered by the private outdoor spaces. Whether it’s preparing delicious grilled dishes on the gas grill and sharing a great meal around the outdoor table, sitting comfortably on the sectional sofa with a glass of wine in hand and admiring the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape, to unwind in the private hot tub after a busy day of activities while gazing at the stars, to take a little nap in the hammock with the sound of the flowing river as a backdrop, or even to enjoy some delicious roasted marshmallows around a cozy little fire in the outdoor fire pit.



Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to the entire chalet and all of its private amenities.

You can also enjoy the resort’s common areas (located outside the Cité-Jardin section), the two heated in-ground pools, and the garden pavilion with a picnic table by the river.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage is located in a quiet, natural setting at the Domaine de la Cité-Jardin du Grand Portneuf, just a 10-minute drive from the town of Pont-Rouge, offering the perfect blend of natural tranquility and proximity to essential services and local attractions. Nearby, you can enjoy all your favorite outdoor activities. Whether you’re a fan of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, ATV riding, or snowmobiling, you’re sure to be in heaven. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy a round at the Le Grand Portneuf golf course, located right next door. You’ll also find several grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés just a few minutes’ drive away. The location offers an excellent balance between privacy and accessibility, making it a perfect choice for families, couples, and travelers looking for a peaceful getaway without straying too far from amenities.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
