"A fantastic stay at C Mauritius - recommend in every way. The staff and hospitality make this a really special hotel and is some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. From remembering my name at the restaurant and personally greeting me, to accomodating a late check out and other requests, the staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to look after me. They look after all the details at every step. Can’t be faulted at all. The all inclusive is good value with extensive range of drinks to choose from, and the food at both the buffet and cafe were of good quality. Service at the restaurant was great and made it feel more refined and relaxing than a typical buffet experience. The in room fridge even gets restocked every day as part of the package. If I was being picky, I would potentially just ask for some more variety at breakfast, and some more local Mauritian food to be provided as options at each meal. The beach and pool areas are stunning and the hotel’s communal areas were good too. A great place to relax. The taxi prices from the resort are very expensive, which is worth considering, but that seems to be the case across the whole island. The whole resort was very clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Overall, an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend. I only stayed for four days but wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I go to Mauritius."

"A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! "We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a friendly smile. All the staff were very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the reception staff and management for helping us plan our days accordingly to what we liked. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. Thank you to the hotel staff for ensuring our room was clean and tidy to perfection each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible. "Had such a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel for 12 nights. Exceeded our expectations, amazing room with the most stunning sea views, fantastic choice of freshly cooked food at every meal time, cocktails shaken for you whenever you wish, water sports to try on the most incredible white sand beach in turquoise waters!! Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and met fabulous staff throughout our stay who couldn’t do enough for you. Would return again in a heartbeat to this gem of a hotel.
