"Excellent location and apt had everything needed for an extremely comfortable short term stay. Great nights of sleep in comfy bed. Location was perfect with small, well stocked franprix around corner + boutique wine shop with incredibly friendly staff…larger grocery down block. Easy access to multiple forms of public transport, ended up using bus a lot. This is easily going to be my home away from home in Paris when I’m coming for a longer stay and want to benefit from kitchenette/neighborhood...

"I really enjoyed my stay – all I needed was a clean small room to drop my stuff and sleep in after spending the day roaming Paris and this was perfect. On top of that, the service was excellent: friendly, English speaking and more than willing to humour my inept French! I will return next time. It is also very well situated close to Belleville and Menilmpntant."

"The hotel is small but comfortable. The overnight staff is very helpful and accommodating with late check-in and early checkout. It's clean and quiet. The breakfast is good with many choices. Walk able area with many stores (coffee, bakery,...) and restaurants on Sebastian street and two subways close by, one in each direction. "
