"I have already booked a superior double room, but when I came to check in, the reception said that the room is full service, no more room is available.
However, the customer service is very bad. I have booked a lot of hotel, but I think this one is the worst."

"Don't have high expectations for hotels in this area as they are all relatively old. The room is manageable but there is a smell probably from the carpet. Breakfast options are limited but this is thr best hotel out of the ones on offer in Quang Ngai."
