"It was our first visit to the QBI and we were very happy with the friendliness of the staff, starting upon our arrival at the front desk with Noah, who was extremely professional and helpful in us changing our room. The gym, indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and we decided to stay in and have dinner in their restaurant, again with professional, friendly staff. We had a great couple of nites and will definitely return. The only I would recommend, is to change the deluxe king room courtyard description to being at back of hotel, theres no courtyard! "It is located on a property that is a bit challenging to get to, but the view is unsurpassed. The house is brand new, and the amenities are first class. Any issues we had were happily taken care of by the host. "

"This was our fifth year in a row using VRBO for a family vacation with our grown children, their partners, and our granddaughter. We were very excited to return to Vancouver Island to explore all the gorgeous beaches and parks. We picked this location as it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was great and our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The house was as stated and had enough bedrooms and beds for our group of 8. Our only disappointment was the pool and the hot tubs were closed for the season, listing states open for the summer, but actually they close right after Labour Day. Although the beach is very rocky, our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had a blast exploring the shore. It is a bit isolated and we knew that going in, so we would plan our grocery shopping trips with going to see other parks and beaches in the area. Overall we always have a good time being together as family and would recommend this house and complex, even though we didn't have the pool or hot tubs. "
