"Clean room, parking felt secure, air conditioning was working properly. Staff however did seem unprofessional. The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague. Red hair lady asked a question to her colleague and when the colleague replied that her requested days were listed on the calendar (because she was busy helping to check us in) the red hair lady replied very rudely “well that doesn’t help me out much now does it”! I did not find her to be professional in that moment of being rude. "

"This place was INCREDIBLE!!! Our room wasn’t ready by check-in and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make it up to us. The staff was amazing and attentive and the breakfast burrito was one of the best!! Not to mention the room was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable. "

"The staff was the friendliest I've experienced in a while, and we loved all the holiday decorations. Happy hour was a very nice perk, and the dinner and breakfasts were very good! You all must be treating your employees right, they deserve even more."
