Had to pay extra for shower soapsโ€ฆ room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. Heat in main room is either too hot or too cold; does not regulate well. Newish hotel that has let itself fall into disrepair. Not staying there agin.

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.
