"Stayed one night in October of 2026. My room was tiny but clean. The property appears to have been recently renovated. We enjoyed tiger theme! Kiosk check in had trouble reading my California DL and US passport but the lady behind the call button solved the issue right away. On site parking can be an issue as they only have four spots including one dedicated to electric. It was a comfortable stay and I would come back."

애견용품은 하나도 없고, 편의시설도 없습니다.
그런데도, 호텔 예약페이지에 안내되어있지 않은,
애견 1박당 추가비용 3만원을 내라고 합니다.
저는 예약시나 메일로 미리 고지되지 않은 비용이라고,
돈을 내지는 않았지만,,
체크인부터 기분이 매우 불쾌했습니다.
주인분들이 급하게 호텔스닷컴에 요청하여,
애견비용이 3만원 있다는 메일을 체크인 후에 보내왔던데,
그걸 확인하니 더 화가났습니다.
호텔스닷컴에 이의를 제기하는 메일을 작성하여 보냈고,
전화를 걸어 항의 할 예 정입니다."

Fantastic location and hotel quality of a higher standard than expected left us impressed. Great facilities kept the kids happy and location within close proximity to Yongpyeong, Alpensia and Pyeongchang resorts made it easy with a car.
