Room was extremely well maintained and clean. Amendities were very enjoyable. Location was very conveneintly located beside the KTX station. Parking at the hotel was limited- only four spots available in front. But, the KTX station free parking lot is less than five minutes by walk from the hotel, so parking was not an issue, Staff were cordial and helpful with checkin. There were slight language barrier issues with check in, but overall the staff were able to check us in with minimal issues. Breakfast as adequate and standard for most Korean hotels. Overall 9/10, will absolutely be staying here again if I travel to Gangneung in the future.

Stayed one night in October of 2026. My room was tiny but clean. The property appears to have been recently renovated. We enjoyed tiger theme! Kiosk check in had trouble reading my California DL and US passport but the lady behind the call button solved the issue right away. On site parking can be an issue as they only have four spots including one dedicated to electric. It was a comfortable stay and I would come back.

방이 진짜 작아요 사진에는 좀 커보였는데 모델이 작은분이였던거 같아요 메트리스가 너무 출렁거려서 허리가 아팠어요 둘이 동시에 움직이면 부딪혀요 한사람은 앉아 있어여해요 큰방으로 잡는걸 추천드려요

숙소시설은 깨끗했습니다. 역이랑 가까워요. 다만, 숙박 전 받은 안내 메시지에는 호텔 계정으로 ott이용 가능하다고했는데, 가서 여쭤보니 개인 계정밖에 안된다고 하시더라구요. 안내 문구 수정해주시는 것이 좋을 것 같네요

다 만족스러웠는데 스파욕조가 좀 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 공간도 아기자기하고 스파욕조에 물도 뜨겁고 에어컨도 쎄서 좋았는데, 물받고 나서 뭔가 떠다니는게 많아서.. 그것만 좋아지면 다른 사람들도 대만족 할거 같아요.

다 좋았는데 방이 좁아요. 일본식이랄까 넉넉한 방에만 이용하다가 오랜만에 작은 방에 자보네요. 작은 것 외에 나머지는 다 괜찮았어요 가성비 굿입니다

음.. 주변이 여관급 모텔촌이고 외국인노동자(비하의도는 아님)로 보이는 사람들의 길거리흡연과 취객으로 밤 8시에도 입실하기 무서웠습니다. 직원없이 주인부부가 관리하는지 객실의 청소상태가 역부족으로 보이고 싸구리 방향제는 혀가 마비되는듯 했고 좁고 낮은 층고는 없던 공황장애까지 유발하여 잠못드는 밤이었습니다 역에서 가깝고 잠만잘거라 선택했는데 주말9만9천원이 너무 아까웠습니다;;

객실크기에 비해 화장실이 엄청 커요ㅎ 침구류도 청결하고 분위기도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 1층에 공용라운지도 너무 예쁘게 꾸며져있구요. 식빵.컵라면.시리얼등등 조식거리도 맛있었어요.

〔良い点〕 食堂や客室のインテリアなどは伝統とモダンの融合でSNS 映えしそう。 無料の朝食も良かった。二日目はラーメンをいただいた。 駅から近く、便利。 〔悪い点〕 基本無人で必要な時はインターフォンでやりとり。時間によってはキオスクという別の場所にいる人とのやりとりで現場の状況をわかっていない様子。チェックイン前に預けた荷物を受け取るのに苦労した。 説明もエレベーターの中にある程度。 ホットスパも予約の仕方などの説明なし。荷物を管理しているスタッフに聞いてもわからなく、結果的には利用しなかった。ドットコムさんで予約必要な旨サイトに載せた方が親切かと思う。 若い人は問題なく、利用していた。ITに疎い高齢の外国人にはハードルが高かったようだ。 〔その他〕 駅から近いが、周りはモーテルや旅館が多い。個人的には懐かしく、昭和を感じて良かった。 これらの建物もだんだんゲストハウスなどにリノベーションされるのかなと思った。

강릉에 오랜만에 휴가차 방문하였습니다. 호텔스닷컴으로 예약했습니다. 예상과는 다르게 너무도 깔끔하고 check in-out이 편리하고 단순해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 제가 팔에 장애가 있어서 보조기를 차고 다니는데 퇴실하면서 깜박 놓고, 다음 행선지를 가게되었습니다. 그런데 숙소관리자분들께서 친절하게 찾아주시고 택배로 보내주시기까지 하였습니다. 다음에도 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다.

일본 느낌의 호텔이었어요. 아침 일찍 회의 때문에 혼자 가서 잔건데 너무 아늑하고 포근하고 깨끗해서 좋더라구요. 다만 배수구물이 잘 안빠졌어요. (304호) 샤워하면 욕실에 물이 첨벙첨벙, 변기도 물도 두세번은 내려야 깨끗해지는 점 빼고는 좋았어요. 이방만 그런거라면 다음에는 다른 방에서 자고 싶네요. 침구랑 구석구석 정말 정말 깨끗했어요.
