Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. "Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. Simple 3*, but very good hotel. Don't let the strange colour pillared frontage put you off. Very convenient location on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Secure (shuttered) parking behind hotel was €6/night. 3 free parking slots directly outside, also a free public car park 50 yards away. Good swimming pool. We were there during a heat wave and the room A/C worked perfectly. Good shower and bathroom."
