First, they only gave one key card. Second, one of our walls were putty patch and painted completely. I believe they're trying to renovate and update the look... and that's good. Last, breakfast options need work.

The basics are in place. However, the place is old, in need of renovation, change of carpet, and cleaning (cob webs on st, airs, window sills). The staff (likely owners themselves) question request for even coffee pods. Nothing additional to simple breakfast, even as simple a glass of cold water, requested was provided. Maybe they are tired of the lace. Perhaps they can just sell it and call it a day.

I Have stayed here everytime but one of my daughters Landmark College Journey. Accesible to campus. Great coffee literally across the street. Campus 5 minutes away. Hotel is clean, quiet and convient........ and the proprietor after several visits welcomes you by name!!!! Today was our last check out. Graduation. Dont Shy away from an Affordable option. A Hotel is meant to be a place to sleep and rest the rest is the Adventure!

The new owners have quietly made this old motor lodge safe and clean over the years, with good TVs, fridges and plenty of quiet. Directly off I91 exit! Putney Food Co-op super close for provisions.

The place is not new but the owners have done a good job sprucing up everything. My room was clean, the heat/AC worked, the window opened, lots of outlets and lamps, extra tp in the bathroom. Free strong wifi. Minimal but adequate breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

It definitely is not anything special! I wish that the entrance into the parking lot and looking at building was more appealing! I was kind of nervous looking at it when we first pulled in? The opposite side where you actually enter rooms was much better! The room was ok a bit dated and very dark! It wasn’t perfectly clean and had some areas that needed attention but not enough to not stay there again! Place would be really nice if they made it look like the farmhouse modern to go with the surrounding areas! Breakfast was the normal carbs type of breakfast! The people were great in the office! Overall it was quiet and was ok!

The noise proof is very poor. We can hear next door conversation clearly till they stopped at late hour like 1:30pm. Even there were 2 doors (one connected to the other room), but noise was quite obvious. The second door cannot be closed fully, as if it’s built by a amateur contractor. It’s like a plywood put on a wall instead of a regular door. The front desk was rude during I checked in. Asked for my ID without saying please, and no smile.

This is a very basic motel. Don't let the name 'Inn' fool you. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The overall feel is very dated. The heat/ac in the room is noisy and it is very close to the highway and its noise. Also the rooms have a small window in the front by the door that doesn't have a curtain so it is impossible to get the room fully dark. The breakfast is very very basic.

It's not bad, but nothing more. The separate dining room is very inconvenient; you need to dress warmly (in winter) to go have breakfast. Breakfast is ok. The staff is friendly and polite.

Should be called motel. Terrible breakfast- just pre-packaged processed junk. Felt like motel from 30 years ago. Thin walls. Bed was comfortable and room reasonably clean.

very dusty room, poorly clean bathroom. Noisy heater and practically non-existent breakfast, there is no protein served. I will not return and I do not recommend.

This a budget motel. It's not the Ritz. With that said everything in the room was on the new side including a very comfortable bed. The room was also very clean. If you are looking for budget accommodations you cannot go wrong.

Nice stay
The motel was nice. The staff was friendly. The motel was clean. We couldn't get the TV to work and was to tired to ask for help.

For the price it was everything one would expect, the women at check in was super nice, our room was clean along with the bathroom. The room was on the chilly side to start but once the heat kicked on it was fine, the small fridge wasn’t on when we got there but did the job and kept our food cold for the night. The TV was dated but that’s a personal opinion, the room could use some updating but overall it was clean and a great stop for my family to stay the night.

Lots of bad smells.
I’ve stayed here before this time the room I got was a non-smoking room that smelled like excessive smoking for the last 25 years. Also, one of my pillows smelled of strong urine. I alerted the owner upon checkout, and she simply thanked me for letting her know. This is kind of the only game in town when it comes to motels, so not much of a choice. If I had a choice, I would steer clear this place.
