Reception person was unfriendly, powered milk for hot drink, no flannels. Hot water for shower non existent. Someone arrived behind building at 6am towing caravan and working on it loudly. Nil secure parking. Disappointing - another couple unhappy also with service and presentation.

Nicholas was amazing. Knowledgeable, extremely curteous, and with a tromendous sence of humour. Everything you want from a host. The hotel was immaculately presented, with every detail taken care of.well done team for 5 star stay.
