"We very much enjoyed our stay. Tucked away in the woods but quite close to Blowing Rock - it was a great choice. Would stay again! It took a few tries to figure out the K-cup side of the coffeemaker, as the guide is on the side you can’t see. And we’d have appreciated instructions for the LR TV and all the components. Plz put fresh batteries in the remote."

Cozy Mountain Home Near Downtown
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (25)
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Mist cabin in Blowing Rock, NC. The directions to the cabin were right on point. The instructions on how to unlock the door were exact. (The cabin we stayed in last year, through a different agency, had no instructions and it took us almost an hour to get inside, at night no less, after 3 phone calls to the property management.) Our cabin was VERY, VERY clean in all rooms. Any issues that came up, which was only one, were addressed quickly and...

Beautiful Custom Log Cabin - Majestic Mountain Views
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (130)
"The cabin was wonderful and the location was a big plus. We had plenty of room for the family. The game room and the many board games in the basement and the hot tub on the deck were a big hit with all of us. The beds are all very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The living room has seating for plenty of people. There are only two minor things that I would note. The first is that you have to take your own linens. The second is there is nowhere to dump the garbage on property. You...

Walk to North Carolina's Stone Mountain State Park! Beautiful Waterfalls
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (321)
"We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted! We felt isolated from the world but had enough to do around us that kept us thoroughly entertained. The hot tub wasn’t one of those run down ones, it was nice, fancy, and worked like a charm. The grill needed cleaning but that’s usually the case with most rental grills. It also came with all ware so we didn’t need to bring anything except charcoal, light fluid, and firewood/kindling for the fire."

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (115)
"Overall the stay was nice. We enjoy the Boone area and this cabin was close to all the places we enjoy visiting. The cabin was nice with a pool table that we used every day. Access to the stream was not as quick and easy as thought and we never made it down. Privacy at the stream was next to none as a house sits on the other side of the stream. There was dirt on the floors, sticks on the porch, and we saw several big black ants running around inside. All that said with the understanding the...
