"Staying at Sierra Sacred Valley was such an incredible experience. I have never stayed at a place where the staff were so invested in and intentional about making sure you are having an amazing vacation. The staff is incredibly welcoming and eager to tell you about the area, surrounding areas, and history.
After hearing about a bunch of options for excursions while Luis prepared a campfire for us, we took a 3-hour hike with Luis, in which he explained Inca traditions and customs of the area....

"It was extremally great hotel and staff! First of all we arrived without reservation as our other booking failed. Even it was late evening all was sorted out perfectly. On the last day I got sick. I was offered for free extra room after check out hours to stay in the bed till afternoon when I had my flight. Very, very nice staff, thank you all! "

"Great little hotel! The breakfast was perfect! Upstairs neighbors were loud and the hotel is a little ways away from everything which requieres a lot of walking to everything but on the upside less noisy than the center. "

"An excellent hotel. The staffs were nice and would asked for your preference of your breakfast. The views for the floor was nice and walkable to the main area at Cusco. "

"Amazing hotel and incredibly friendly staff. Hotel is beautiful and is in the heart of Cusco's tourist district. Highly recommended and would stay here again."
"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
"Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food"

10/10 Excellent
"The staff was amazing! Concierge service was great, constantly asking if there was anything we needed! Had our lunch ready at 3am for a day of tours! "
"We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies.
Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great, though certainly some dishes are better than others, and there really isn't much of a need to go out. The llamas are such a nice touch, something about having them around induces relaxation a peaceful feeling.
We intend to return to Peru, the Sacred Valley and Sierra!"
