"Great location, walking distance to anything you need but not right next to where all the noise would be. Amazing service and staff were always super helpful. Super clean, great pool. "

"We were looking for a well maintained, clean and quiet place and the Hotel Blater was excellent in all those areas. The staff is excellent and the view from the rooftop pool and patio is wonderful"

"Amazing stay. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious and well priced, and the rooms were spotless. Loved the privacy and the private pool. It felt very luxurious. Perfect location too, close enough for a 15min walk to shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Very recharging. We also loved that everything got charged to your room so you never had to pull out your wallet until the end. "

"Loved the location and the hotel itself. Unfortunately, there is a bar directly across the street that played extremely loud music from about 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. The noise was so intense that our room literally shook, and we ended up losing two nights of sleep. We spoke with hotel staff both evenings, but the issue was never resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this likely isn’t the right spot. If you’re looking for a lively, party atmosphere, it might be a good fit."

"Do not stay at this hotel on a night that the nearby night club Piedra de la Iguana is playing. The whole room was pounding from the bass all night long with no way to block the noise. The other nights the hotel was satisfactory with easy access to Playa Zicatela and the pool was nice for hanging out during the hottest part of the day. "

"My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The hotel is super nice and close to the beach and the staff was the best. We love this place and will definitely be back. "

"I enjoyed my time at Casa Kai. The pool is nice, everything is kept clean. The best part is Leída who works there, she is so so nice. She was very accommodating always checking in to see if I needed anything. I had a fall and had to get a taxi and she and her husband helped me a lot. Thank you very much! "
"What a wonderful hostel!
Its far enough from the nightlife but close enough, and an easy walk to the beach. The building has a funky modern appeal, a lap pool, sitting areas, hammocks, large coworking area and a lovely bar playing soulful music. The mixed dorm room was great, visitors were quiet and respectful. Each bed has wood panels on 3 sides and a curtain for privacy, with a shelf, plug ins and light. Also get a storage locker for your things. Staff are friendly, especially Vladamir at front desk. I highly recommend Casa Toro La Punta!"
Puerto Escondido’s liveliest beach offers attractions year-round with its big waves, international surf competitions, folk festivals and pulsating nightlife.
