It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that.
The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."
