Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 100+ Mbps (good for 1–2 people or up to 6 devices)). Smart televisions come with satellite channels. Additionally, rooms include a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Housekeeping is offered on a daily basis and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or nearby; fees may apply.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 200
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 4 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 per cent reduction applies from 1–31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September, EUR 1.40 per person, per night, up to 10 nights

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: EUR 90 (subject to availability)
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 20 per night
