We had a great time yet again staying here, the pool and bikes made it even better. Rob is a great host and took care of all our needs and request, we'll certainly be back.

The house was so comfortable and the hosts thought of everything! Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, everything was clean, and the backyard pool area was private and relaxing. The hosts were responsive when I had questions. Will stay again!

The house was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable, towels were soft and plush and linens crisp and clean. The fully stocked kitchen and all new appliances were wonderful as were the lanai, pool and private backyard patio. The location was excellent within walking distance to town, Fisherman's village and walkable to everything!

This was our second stay in this beautiful house. We had almost perfect weather. Enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. I give it a 5 star rating. We will probably be back again next year.

5 Stars! Perfect escape from reality! So clean & comfortable. There is a lot of thought put into this Air B&B to make you feel comfortable. Fishermans village was also close by, we had fun shopping, good food, drinks & music, fishing was fun!

What a wonderful stay in Punta Gorda at this beautifully restored house. Very tastefully done from the colors, furniture, kitchen, landscaping and in-ground pool. The communication was excellent as well. The location is easy walking distance to downtown. We will definitely consider this place again when heading to that area.

Everything was wonderful. Having our own pool was perfect. We had all we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is close to everything, but is a very quiet neighborhood. We used the bikes everyday on the bike trail which is only a block away. We will be back!!!

Arriving late on Christmas Eve, we were pleasantly pleased with the easy check in experience. The house was amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool area was tropical. House is in the perfect location. Walked in the mornings on the paths just steps from the home. It is the most clean and organized home we've stayed in. The floors are a gorgeous mid century modern design, stunning! Landscaping is gorgeous which makes the backyard a peaceful and relaxing oasis. Everything is just top notch. My mom and I met in Punta Gorda to enjoy a little sunshine and we absolutely found the best spot for our vacation! The kitchen is truly one of the best stocked of any rental I've had: spices, sharp knives, pots, pans, coffee...all of it. We especially enjoyed the crushed ice feature on the fridge for poolside cocktails :) The pool is wonderful, very private with lots of great seating options. Bedrooms are super comfy, and plenty of nice towels for both the bath and pool. The location can't be beat, 5 minutes to historic downtown, fisherman's village and a grocery store. Rob was the most hospitable host and always available to answer questions or make recommendations. We truly cannot recommend Rob's place highly enough!

I was in Port Charlotte for work, I brought my wife with me and the house was so much nicer than a hotel!! My wife really enjoyed having a pool all to her self. The house is nice and setup great!! It's also with in walking distance to several great restaurants!! We will stay here again!!
